• 掃描文件與影像：你透過相機或相簿匯入的收據、發票、對帳單影像，會儲存在你的裝置本機。文字辨識（OCR）完全在裝置上進行，不會上傳到任何伺服器。
• 統一編號查詢：當你掃描含有統一編號的收據時，本App會將辨識出的統一編號（不含你的個人資料）傳送至財政部「商工登記公示資料查詢服務」公開資料API，用於核對商家名稱。此查詢僅使用統編字串本身，不會傳送你的影像、姓名或其他個人資訊。
• iCloud 同步（選用功能，預設關閉）：若你主動開啟 iCloud 同步，你的文件資料與影像會透過 Apple CloudKit 同步至你自己的 iCloud 帳戶。這些資料儲存在你的 iCloud 私人空間中，我們無法存取、也不會取得你的 iCloud 資料內容。
• App 內購買與訂閱：訂閱與購買交易皆透過 Apple App Store 處理。我們不會取得、也不會儲存你的信用卡或付款資訊。
• 本機通知：若你開啟掃描提醒功能，相關通知排程僅儲存於你的裝置本機。
• 診斷紀錄：App 的同步與匯入事件記錄僅儲存在你的裝置本機，用於你自行排查問題，不會上傳或傳送給我們。

• Scanned Documents and Images: Receipts, invoices, and statements you capture or import are stored locally on your device. Text recognition (OCR) is performed entirely on-device using Apple's Vision framework — no images or extracted text are uploaded to any server.
• Business Number Lookup (Taiwan): When a scanned receipt contains a Taiwan business registration number (統一編號), the App sends only that number — not your personal information or images — to Taiwan's Ministry of Finance GCIS public open-data API, to verify the registered company name.
• iCloud Sync (optional, off by default): If you choose to enable iCloud sync, your documents and images are synced via Apple CloudKit to your own private iCloud account. This data is stored in your personal iCloud space; we cannot access or obtain your iCloud content.
• In-App Purchases and Subscriptions: All purchases and subscriptions are processed by the Apple App Store. We never receive or store your payment card information.
• Local Notifications: If you enable scan reminders, the notification schedule is stored only on your device.
• Diagnostics Log: Sync and import event logs are stored locally on your device for troubleshooting purposes only, and are never transmitted to us.

• 不販售、出租或分享你的個人資料給第三方用於廣告行銷。
• 不在本App中嵌入第三方廣告或追蹤 SDK。

• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for advertising purposes.
• The App does not embed third-party advertising or tracking SDKs.

本App會請求以下權限，僅用於對應功能：

• 相機：用於掃描收據與文件
• 照片圖庫：用於匯入既有照片
• 通知：用於掃描提醒等本機通知
• iCloud：僅在你主動開啟同步功能時使用

The App requests the following permissions, used only for their corresponding features:

• Camera: to scan receipts and documents
• Photo Library: to import existing photos
• Notifications: for local scan reminders
• iCloud: only when you actively enable sync

你可以隨時在App內刪除已掃描的文件，刪除後該文件的本機資料即移除。若你同時使用 iCloud 同步，刪除動作也會同步反映在你的 iCloud 資料中。卸載App將移除所有本機儲存的資料。

You may delete scanned documents at any time within the App; deletion removes the local data immediately. If iCloud sync is enabled, deletions are also reflected in your iCloud data. Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data.

本App不是特別為兒童設計，我們不會特意收集兒童的個人資料。

The App is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

我們可能因法規或功能調整修訂本政策，重大變更會透過App更新說明或本頁面公告。

We may update this policy to reflect regulatory or feature changes. Material changes will be announced via App update notes or this page.
