本App提供收據/發票掃描、文字辨識、統編核對、對帳單比對、報帳包匯出等功能，協助你整理與管理個人或商務費用紀錄。

The App provides receipt/invoice scanning, text recognition, business number verification, statement reconciliation, and expense report export features to help you organize personal or business expense records.

• 方案：本App提供免費方案與 Pro 訂閱方案（月費／年費）。
• 自動續訂：訂閱透過 Apple App Store 處理，將依你選擇的方案自動定期扣款續訂，除非你在目前訂閱週期結束前取消。
• 管理訂閱：你可以隨時在裝置的「設定」>「Apple ID」>「訂閱」中管理或取消訂閱。
• 免費試用：若有提供免費試用，試用期結束後將自動開始收費，除非你在試用期內取消。
• 退款：已扣款的訂閱期間不提供退款，退款事宜請依 Apple 的退款政策處理。

• Plans: The App offers a free tier and a Pro subscription (monthly or yearly).
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions are processed via the Apple App Store and will automatically renew at the end of each period unless cancelled before the current period ends.
• Managing your subscription: You may manage or cancel your subscription anytime in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device.
• Free trial: If a free trial is offered, charges begin automatically when the trial ends unless cancelled beforehand.
• Refunds: Amounts already charged are non-refundable except in accordance with Apple's refund policy.

本App提供之文字辨識、統編核對、對帳比對等功能為輔助工具，辨識結果可能因影像品質、印刷狀況等因素產生誤差。

Text recognition, business number verification, and statement matching are assistive tools; results may contain errors due to image quality, print condition, or other factors.

本App之程式碼、介面設計、商標與相關內容之智慧財產權歸 Dylvex 所有。你掃描產生的文件與資料所有權歸你所有。

All code, interface design, trademarks, and related content of the App are owned by Dylvex. You retain ownership of the documents and data you create by scanning.

本App以「現狀」提供，不提供任何明示或暗示之保證。在法律允許之最大範圍內，我們不對因使用或無法使用本App所生之任何直接、間接、附帶或衍生性損害負責。

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the App.

我們保留隨時修改、暫停或終止本App功能之權利。若你違反本條款，我們保留限制或終止你使用本App之權利。

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the App at any time. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your use of the App if you violate these Terms.

我們可能不時修訂本條款，修訂後之條款將公告於本頁面，繼續使用本App即表示你接受修訂後之條款。

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Revised Terms will be posted on this page; continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

本條款之解釋與適用，以中華民國（台灣）法律為準據法。

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
