To provide dual-aspect-ratio recording, the App requests the following system permissions. All data is processed locally on your device only and is never uploaded to any server.

• Any form of personally identifiable information
• Browsing or search history
• Purchase history or financial information

本 App 不整合任何第三方分析、廣告、追蹤、崩潰回報或社群登入 SDK。所有功能均使用 Apple 原生框架（AVFoundation、Photos）在本機實作。

本 App 不使用 Apple 的廣告追蹤框架（ATT），不會要求向您顯示追蹤授權彈窗。

當您使用「分享」功能時，將透過 iOS 系統內建的分享面板（UIActivityViewController），由您自行選擇要分享至哪個 App（例如：Instagram、訊息、AirDrop）。一旦離開本 App，後續流程受該 App 自己的隱私權政策規範，本 App 不對該過程負責。

The App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, crash-reporting, or social-login SDKs. All features are implemented locally using Apple's native frameworks (AVFoundation, Photos).

The App does not use Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework and will never present a tracking-authorization prompt to you.

When you use the "Share" feature, content is handed to the iOS system share sheet (UIActivityViewController). You choose which app to share to (e.g. Instagram, Messages, AirDrop). Once content leaves the App, it is governed by the receiving app's own privacy policy, and Dylvex bears no responsibility for that process.

• All intermediate video files generated by the App are stored in iOS's local temporary directory. They exist only during processing and may be automatically purged by the system. You can also manage them manually via iOS Settings → General → iPhone Storage.
• Videos saved to your photo library are managed by the iOS Photos app and are outside the App's control or ownership.
• The App does not maintain any user database or personal data files on your device.

The App does not intentionally collect any user data, including personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in the European Union). The App is appropriate for all ages and contains no advertising or tracking mechanisms.

由於本 App 不收集任何個人資料，歐盟 GDPR 及美國加州 CCPA 所賦予的資料存取、攜帶、修正、刪除等權利，在本 App 的使用情境下均無需透過我們行使。

您可隨時：

• 透過「iOS 設定 → 隱私權與安全性」撤銷本 App 的相機、麥克風、相簿權限
• 從裝置移除本 App；移除後所有本機暫存資料將同步刪除

Because the App does not collect any personal data, rights granted under EU GDPR and California CCPA (such as access, portability, correction, and deletion) do not require any action on our part in the context of this App.

You may at any time:

• Revoke the App's camera, microphone, or photo library permissions via iOS Settings → Privacy & Security
• Delete the App; this also removes all locally cached temporary files

Because the App does not transmit any data to external servers, there is no network-transmission risk. Local data on your device is protected by iOS's sandboxing model and device-level encryption (Data Protection).

If this policy changes materially, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
