To provide dual-aspect-ratio recording, the App requests the following system permissions. All data is processed locally on your device only and is never uploaded to any server.

• Browsing or search history
• Purchase history or financial information

Dualvideo 使用 Apple 內建的 Vision 框架，在裝置本機（on-device）即時偵測畫面中的人臉與人體位置，用於：

• 錄影時自動追蹤主體，維持構圖居中（即時鏡頭畫面）
• 將直式影片轉換為橫式版本時，判斷裁切範圍以保留主體在畫面中（上傳影片後製）

我們收集什麼：僅為畫面中人臉/人體的位置座標（邊界框），不會擷取、辨識、比對或儲存任何人臉特徵、身分資訊或生物特徵範本。

如何處理：所有偵測運算完全在您的裝置上執行，透過 Apple 的 Vision 框架完成，不會連接任何伺服器或雲端服務。

Dualvideo uses Apple's built-in Vision framework to detect the position of faces and human bodies in the camera feed and in videos you upload, entirely on your device. This is used to:

• Automatically keep the subject centered while recording (live camera framing)
• Determine the crop region when converting a portrait video into a landscape version (upload/post-processing)

What we collect: Only the bounding-box coordinates of a detected face or body within the frame. We do not extract, recognize, match, or store any facial features, identity information, or biometric templates.

How it's processed: All detection runs locally on your device using Apple's Vision framework. No network connection is made and no data is sent to any server or cloud service.

Sharing: None. These coordinates are never transmitted, uploaded, or shared with Dylvex or any third party, including any third-party AI or machine learning service.

Retention: None. Coordinates are used only in the moment to drive real-time framing or crop decisions, then immediately discarded from memory. They are never written to disk, the photo library, or any persistent storage.

Storage location: None — since this data is never persisted, there is no server-side or on-device storage location to disclose.

本 App 不整合任何第三方分析、廣告、追蹤、崩潰回報或社群登入 SDK。所有功能均使用 Apple 原生框架（AVFoundation、Photos、Vision）在本機實作。

本 App 不使用 Apple 的廣告追蹤框架（ATT），不會要求向您顯示追蹤授權彈窗。

當您使用「分享」功能時，將透過 iOS 系統內建的分享面板（UIActivityViewController），由您自行選擇要分享至哪個 App（例如：Instagram、訊息、AirDrop）。一旦離開本 App，後續流程受該 App 自己的隱私權政策規範，本 App 不對該過程負責。

The App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, crash-reporting, or social-login SDKs. All features are implemented locally using Apple's native frameworks (AVFoundation, Photos, Vision).

The App does not use Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework and will never present a tracking-authorization prompt to you.

When you use the "Share" feature, content is handed to the iOS system share sheet (UIActivityViewController). You choose which app to share to (e.g. Instagram, Messages, AirDrop). Once content leaves the App, it is governed by the receiving app's own privacy policy, and Dylvex bears no responsibility for that process.

• All intermediate video files generated by the App are stored in iOS's local temporary directory. They exist only during processing and may be automatically purged by the system. You can also manage them manually via iOS Settings → General → iPhone Storage.
• Videos saved to your photo library are managed by the iOS Photos app and are outside the App's control or ownership.
• The App does not maintain any user database or personal data files on your device.

本 App 不刻意收集任何用戶資料，包括 13 歲以下（或歐盟地區 16 歲以下）兒童的個人資料。本 App 適合所有年齡層使用，且不含任何廣告或追蹤機制。

The App does not intentionally collect any user data, including personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in the European Union). The App is appropriate for all ages and contains no advertising or tracking mechanisms.

由於本 App 不收集任何個人資料，歐盟 GDPR 及美國加州 CCPA 所賦予的資料存取、攜帶、修正、刪除等權利，在本 App 的使用情境下均無需透過我們行使。

您可隨時：

• 透過「iOS 設定 → 隱私權與安全性」撤銷本 App 的相機、麥克風、相簿權限
• 從裝置移除本 App；移除後所有本機暫存資料將同步刪除

Because the App does not collect any personal data, rights granted under EU GDPR and California CCPA (such as access, portability, correction, and deletion) do not require any action on our part in the context of this App.

You may at any time:

• Revoke the App's camera, microphone, or photo library permissions via iOS Settings → Privacy & Security
• Delete the App; this also removes all locally cached temporary files

Because the App does not transmit any data to external servers, there is no network-transmission risk. Local data on your device is protected by iOS's sandboxing model and device-level encryption (Data Protection).

If this policy changes materially, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
