Welcome to Dualvideo (the "Service"), provided by the Dylvex team ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Dualvideo 是一款影片處理工具，旨在協助創作者提升影片製作效率。本服務提供以下核心功能：

Dualvideo is a video processing tool designed to help creators improve video production efficiency. The Service provides the following core functionalities:

• 您保留您透過本服務錄製、上傳或處理之所有影片內容的智慧財產權。
• 您同意不會利用本服務進行任何非法、侵權、或違反社會公序良俗之行為。
• 我們授予您一項個人的、不可轉讓的、非獨佔的、且可撤銷的許可，以使用本服務，但您不得對本服務進行逆向工程、解編或嘗試擷取原始碼。

• You retain all intellectual property rights in and to the video content you record, upload, or process through the Service.
• You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, infringing, or harmful activities that violate public order and morals.
• We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use the Service. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.

訂閱方案

Dualvideo 提供以下訂閱方案：

• Pro 月費：NT$168 / 月（自動續訂）
• Pro 年費：NT$1,090 / 年（自動續訂，含 7 天免費試用）
• Pro 終身方案：NT$2,490（一次性付款）

付款方式

款項將於使用者確認購買時，由其 Apple ID 連結的支付方式收取。

自動續訂

• 訂閱期間將於到期前 24 小時自動續訂，除非使用者在到期前至少 24 小時取消。
• 續訂費用將於當前訂閱期到期前 24 小時內自動扣款。
• 使用者可隨時於「設定 → Apple ID → 訂閱項目」管理或取消訂閱。

免費試用

• 年費方案包含 7 天免費試用。試用期結束後將自動轉為付費訂閱，除非於試用期結束前至少 24 小時取消。
• 每個 Apple ID 僅可享用一次免費試用。

取消與退款

• 取消訂閱不會立即停止當期服務；訂閱將於當前期間結束時生效取消。
• 退款請求請依照 Apple 官方退款政策辦理：reportaproblem.apple.com

終身方案

• Pro 終身方案為一次性付款，永久解鎖。
• 終身方案不適用自動續訂條款。

Subscription Plans

Dualvideo offers the following subscription plans:

• Pro Monthly: NT$168 / month (auto-renewing)
• Pro Yearly: NT$1,090 / year (auto-renewing, includes 7-day free trial)
• Pro Lifetime: NT$2,490 (one-time payment)

Payment

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

Auto-Renewal

• Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription by going to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device.

Free Trial

• The yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial. After the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
• Free trial is limited to one per Apple ID.

Cancellation & Refunds

• Canceling your subscription does not immediately stop the current period; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• For refund requests, please follow Apple's refund policy: reportaproblem.apple.com

Lifetime Plan

• Pro Lifetime is a one-time purchase that permanently unlocks all features.
• The auto-renewal terms do not apply to the Lifetime plan.

• 本服務按「現狀」及「現有」基礎提供。我們不保證本服務絕無錯誤、不會中斷，亦不保證處理後的影片完全符合您的預期或所有平台的特定上傳規範。
• 在法律允許的最大範圍內，對於因使用或無法使用本服務而導致的任何直接、間接、偶發或衍生性損失（包括但不限於影片檔案遺失、商業利潤損失等），我們均不承擔任何賠償責任。

• The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted, nor do we guarantee that the processed videos will meet your specific expectations or compliance requirements of all platforms.
• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of video data or business profits) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Service.

• 我們保留隨時修改本服務條款的權利。修改後的條款將於本服務網站或應用程式內公布，不另行個別通知。繼續使用本服務即視為您接受修改後的條款。
• 如果您違反本條款，我們有權隨時終止或限制您使用本服務的權利。

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. The updated terms will be posted within the Service website or application without individual notice. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
• We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms.
