• 裝置識別碼（包含 IDFA）、IP 位址、位置資訊
• 姓名、Email、電話號碼等個人識別資訊
• 購買記錄或財務資訊
• 瀏覽記錄或搜尋紀錄

Specifically, the App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data, including but not limited to:

• Your audio recordings
• Your note content, transcripts, and AI summaries
• Usage behavior or analytics (no analytics SDK)
• Device identifiers (including IDFA), IP address, or location
• Name, email address, phone number, or any personally identifiable information
• Purchase history or financial information
• Browsing or search history

• 錄音檔（.m4a）存放於你裝置的 App Documents 目錄，受 iOS 沙盒與裝置加密（Data Protection）保護
• 筆記內容（標題、文字、標籤、AI 摘要）存放於 App Group 共享容器
• 你的免費額度使用紀錄存放於 UserDefaults

• Audio files (.m4a) are stored in your device's App Documents directory, protected by iOS sandboxing and device-level encryption (Data Protection)

The App uses only the following Apple system services. No third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, or crash-reporting SDKs are integrated. The ATT framework is not used.

本 App 不針對 13 歲以下（歐盟地區 16 歲以下）兒童設計，且不含任何廣告或追蹤機制。由於我們不收集任何個人資料，也不會故意收集兒童的個人資訊。

The App is not designed for children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU) and contains no advertising or tracking mechanisms. Because we collect no personal data at all, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

由於本 App 不收集任何個人資料，GDPR 及 CCPA 所賦予的存取、攜帶、修正、刪除等權利在本 App 情境下均無需透過我們行使。你可直接在裝置上操作：

• 刪除單筆筆記：在 App 內滑動刪除，iCloud 對應紀錄同步移除
• 刪除全部資料：在 iPhone 上移除本 App，所有本機資料同步清除
• 取消訂閱：iOS 設定 → Apple ID → 訂閱項目
• 撤銷權限：iOS 設定 → 隱私權與安全性 → 麥克風 / 語音辨識

Because the App collects no personal data, GDPR and CCPA rights (access, portability, correction, deletion) require no action from us. You can act directly on your device:

• Delete a note: Swipe to delete in-app; the iCloud record is removed simultaneously
• Delete all data: Uninstall the App from your iPhone; all local data is wiped
• Cancel subscription: iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
• Revoke permissions: iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone / Speech Recognition

由於本 App 不傳送任何資料至外部伺服器，不存在網路傳輸風險。裝置上的所有資料受以下機制保護：

• iOS 沙盒（App Sandbox）：其他 App 無法存取本 App 的資料
• iOS 裝置加密（Data Protection）：裝置鎖定時資料加密保護

Because the App transmits no data to external servers, there is no network transmission risk. All data on your device is protected by:

• iOS App Sandbox: other apps cannot access this App's data
• iOS Data Protection (device encryption): data is encrypted when the device is locked
• iCloud end-to-end encryption (CloudKit): synced data is encrypted by Apple; Dylvex cannot decrypt it
