Terms of Service

本 App 提供：

• 錄音功能（會議、課堂、訪談等情境）
• 透過 Apple Speech Framework 進行語音轉文字
• 透過 Apple Intelligence 進行 AI 摘要與重點萃取
• 筆記管理、跨裝置 iCloud 同步、PDF / Markdown 匯出

The App provides:

• Audio recording (meetings, classes, interviews, etc.)
• Speech-to-text transcription via Apple Speech Framework
• AI summarization and key-point extraction via Apple Intelligence
• Note management, cross-device iCloud sync, and PDF / Markdown export

• 每月 60 分鐘錄音額度（每月 1 號自動重置）

• 無限錄音
• 解鎖 AI 會議重點、自動標籤等進階功能

所有付款透過 Apple App Store 處理，受 Apple 條款約束。

• 60 minutes of recording per month (resets on the 1st of each month)

• Unlimited recording
• Unlocked AI meeting digest, auto-tagging, and other advanced features

All payments are processed through Apple App Store and subject to Apple's terms.

• 訂閱會在到期前 24 小時內自動續訂
• 可在 iOS 設定 → Apple ID → 訂閱項目隨時取消
• 已預付的訂閱費用不予退費（除符合 Apple 退款政策）

• Subscriptions auto-renew within 24 hours before the period ends
• You may cancel anytime via iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
• No refunds for prepaid subscription periods (except as covered by Apple's refund policy)

你同意：

• 僅錄製你有權錄製的對話（依當地法律可能需要對方同意）
• 不利用本 App 從事違法行為
• 不嘗試破解、反編譯或修改本 App

You agree to:

• Only record conversations you are legally permitted to record (local laws may require consent from other parties)
• Not use the App for any illegal activities
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App

AI 摘要、待辦萃取、看診記錄整理等功能由 Apple Intelligence 生成，不保證 100% 準確。

• 看診記錄範本產生的內容僅供參考，不能取代醫療專業判斷
• 法律訪談等重要場景請以原始錄音為準

AI summaries, action item extraction, medical note organization, and similar features are generated by Apple Intelligence and do not guarantee 100% accuracy.

• Medical visit template content is for reference only and cannot replace professional medical judgment
• Legal interview and other critical scenarios should rely on the original audio recording

本 App 名稱「會記 AI」、icon、UI 設計、程式碼，著作權屬本團隊所有。

The "HuiJi AI" name, icon, UI design, and source code are owned by our team.

本 App 以「現狀」提供。對於以下情況我們不負責任：

• 因 Apple 系統服務（Speech、iCloud、StoreKit）變動導致的功能異常
• 錄音遺失（建議重要錄音另存備份）
• 因使用者誤操作造成的資料遺失

The App is provided "as is". We are not responsible for:

• Feature anomalies caused by changes to Apple system services (Speech, iCloud, StoreKit)
• Loss of recordings (please back up important recordings separately)
• Data loss due to user error

我們可能更新本條款。重大變更會於 App 內通知。
