PawMoment is built to work entirely on your device. We do not operate servers, we do not require an account, and we do not collect, transmit, sell, or share your personal data. Period.

PawMoment 完全在您的裝置上運作。我們不營運伺服器、不需要註冊帳號、不收集、不傳輸、不出售、也不分享您的任何個人資料。

PawMoment also keeps an internal copy of photos you save (for the Growth Timeline feature) inside the app's private storage on your device. Deleting the app deletes this data.

• We do not use third-party tracking, advertising, or analytics SDKs.

• We do not upload your photos, videos, or voice recordings anywhere.

• We do not create user accounts or profiles.

• We do not sell or share any data with anyone — we never have it in the first place.

All image analysis (pet detection, photo scoring, enhancement) is performed locally using Apple's on-device frameworks (such as Vision and Core Image). No image ever leaves your device unless you choose to share it.

所有影像分析（寵物偵測、照片評分、影像增強）皆使用 Apple 的裝置端框架（如 Vision、Core Image）在本機完成。除非您主動選擇分享，任何影像都不會離開您的裝置。

When you use the share feature (photos, collages, or clips), content goes directly from your device to the app or service you select through the iOS share sheet. That service's own privacy policy applies to anything you share with it.

當您使用分享功能（照片、拼圖或短片）時，內容會透過 iOS 分享面板直接從您的裝置傳送到您選擇的應用程式或服務。您分享至該服務的內容，適用該服務自身的隱私權政策。

In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. PawMoment receives only an anonymous confirmation of your entitlement. Your payment details never pass through us. See [Apple's Privacy Policy](https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/) for details.

PawMoment does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children. Since no data is collected, no children's data is collected.

PawMoment 不會刻意收集任何人的個人資訊，包括兒童。由於我們不收集任何資料，因此也不會收集兒童的資料。

All data (photos, timeline copies, voice recordings, settings) is stored locally on your device. To delete everything, simply delete the app. Photos you saved to your photo library remain in your library under your control.

所有資料（照片、時間軸副本、語音錄音、設定）皆儲存在您的裝置本機。若要刪除全部資料，直接刪除 App 即可。您已儲存至照片圖庫的照片仍保留在您的圖庫中，由您自行管理。

If we ever change how PawMoment handles data, we will update this policy and the effective date above. Material changes (such as introducing any data collection) will be clearly announced in the app before they take effect.

若 PawMoment 處理資料的方式有所改變，我們會更新本政策及上方的生效日期。重大變更（例如開始任何形式的資料收集）將在生效前於 App 內明確公告。
