下載或使用 PawMoment（下稱「本應用程式」）即表示您同意本服務條款。若您不同意，請勿使用本應用程式。

By downloading or using PawMoment ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

PawMoment 是一款寵物攝影應用程式，協助您拍攝、增強、整理並分享寵物的照片與短片。所有處理皆在您的裝置上完成。

PawMoment is a pet photography app that helps you capture, enhance, organize, and share photos and short clips of your pets. All processing happens on your device.

我們授予您個人、非專屬、不可轉讓、可撤銷的授權，供您在自己擁有或控制的 Apple 裝置上，依 App Store 服務條款使用本應用程式。

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.

您使用 PawMoment 建立的照片、影片與錄音均屬於您，我們不主張任何所有權。由於 PawMoment 將所有內容儲存在您的裝置本機，請自行備份重要內容（例如將照片存入照片圖庫或您自己的備份）。

免費版短片包含小型 PawMoment 浮水印；移除浮水印需訂閱或購買 PawMoment Pro。

Photos, videos, and recordings you create with PawMoment are yours. We claim no ownership of your content. Because PawMoment stores everything locally on your device, you are responsible for backing up content you care about (for example, by saving photos to your photo library or your own backups).

Free-tier clips include a small PawMoment watermark; removing it requires a PawMoment Pro subscription or purchase.

• PawMoment Pro 提供自動續訂訂閱（月訂 / 年訂）及一次性終身買斷兩種方案。

• 費用將於確認購買時向您的 Apple ID 帳戶收取。

• 除非在目前訂閱期結束前至少 24 小時取消，訂閱將自動續訂；續訂費用將於目前訂閱期結束前 24 小時內收取。

• 您可隨時在 Apple ID 帳戶設定中管理或取消訂閱。

• 如提供免費試用，購買訂閱後未使用的試用期即告失效。

• 退款事宜由 Apple 依 App Store 政策處理。

• 價格可能調整；調整僅適用於合理通知後的續訂。

• PawMoment Pro is available as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) or a one-time lifetime purchase.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.

• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings at any time.

• Where offered, unused portions of free trials are forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.

• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with App Store policies.

• Prices may change; changes apply only to renewals after reasonable notice.

免費版的部分功能有所限制（例如「成長時間軸」僅顯示最近 30 天的照片；較舊的照片仍安全地儲存在您的裝置上，訂閱 PawMoment Pro 後即可再次檢視）。我們可能不時調整免費版限制；此類調整絕不會刪除您已儲存的內容。

Some features are limited in the free tier (for example, the Growth Timeline displays only the most recent 30 days of photos; older photos remain safely stored on your device and become visible again with PawMoment Pro). We may adjust free-tier limits over time; your stored content is never deleted by such changes.

您同意不會：

• 將本應用程式用於任何非法目的；

• 對本應用程式進行還原工程、反編譯或嘗試提取原始碼（法律允許者除外）；

• 以可能傷害動物的方式使用本應用程式——請善待您的寵物，切勿使用注意力音效驚擾動物。

You agree not to:

• use the App for any unlawful purpose;

• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App except as permitted by law;

• use the App in a way that could harm animals — please photograph your pets kindly, and never use attention sounds to distress an animal.

本應用程式依「現狀」提供，不附帶任何明示或默示的保證，包括特定用途適用性。我們不保證自動拍攝、寵物偵測或影像增強在所有情境下都能符合您的期待，亦不保證本應用程式不中斷或無錯誤。

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that automatic capture, pet detection, or enhancement will meet your expectations in every situation, or that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

在法律允許的最大範圍內，對於因使用本應用程式而生的任何間接、附隨、特殊、衍生或懲罰性損害，或資料遺失，我們概不負責。我們的全部責任以您在提出請求前十二個月內為本應用程式支付的金額為上限。

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.

您可隨時刪除本應用程式以停止使用。若您違反本條款，我們得終止或暫停授權。

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may terminate or suspend the license if you breach these Terms.

我們可能不時更新本條款。變更生效後繼續使用本應用程式即視為接受。重大變更將於 App 內公告。

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced in the App.

本條款以開發者所在司法管轄區之法律為準據法，不適用法律衝突原則。本條款不限制您依當地法律享有之任何不可拋棄的消費者權利。

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights under your local law.
