PhotoTidy 隱私權政策
所有處理都在你的裝置上完成,我們不蒐集、不儲存、不上傳任何個人資料。
照片的使用
- PhotoTidy 需要存取你的相簿,以便分析照片(偵測模糊、過暗、相似與截圖)並協助你清理。
- 所有照片分析均使用 Apple 裝置端框架,在你的 iPhone 本機執行。
- 你的照片永遠不會離開你的裝置,不會上傳到任何伺服器,也不會與任何第三方分享。
- 掃描結果(照片識別碼與檔案大小等中繼資料)僅儲存在你的裝置上,用於加速下次開啟。
資料蒐集
我們不蒐集任何資料。具體而言:
- 沒有帳號系統,不需要註冊或登入。
- 不蒐集姓名、電子郵件、位置等任何個人資訊。
- 不使用任何第三方分析、廣告或追蹤 SDK。
- 不進行任何形式的使用者追蹤。
App 內購買
購買 PhotoTidy Pro(買斷或訂閱)由 Apple 的 App Store 直接處理。我們不會收到也不會儲存你的付款資訊。購買驗證在裝置端透過 Apple StoreKit 完成。訂閱管理與取消請至 iOS「設定 → Apple 帳號 → 訂閱項目」。
照片刪除
所有刪除操作都會經過 iOS 系統確認框,由你親自確認。刪除的照片會移至系統相簿的「最近刪除」,30 天內可隨時復原。
兒童隱私
本 App 不蒐集任何人的資料,包括 13 歲以下兒童。
政策變更
若未來政策有變(例如新增匿名統計),我們會更新本頁並調整 App Store 的隱私標籤。

PhotoTidy Privacy Policy
Everything happens on your device — we do not collect, store, or upload any personal data.
How Your Photos Are Used
- PhotoTidy requests access to your photo library to analyze photos (detecting blurry, dark, similar, and screenshot images) and help you clean them up.
- All photo analysis is performed locally on your iPhone using Apple's on-device frameworks.
- Your photos never leave your device. They are not uploaded to any server and are not shared with any third party.
- Scan results (metadata such as photo identifiers and file sizes) are stored only on your device to speed up the next launch.
Data Collection
We collect no data. Specifically:
- There is no account system — no sign-up or login required.
- We do not collect names, email addresses, location, or any other personal information.
- We do not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
- We do not track users in any form.
In-App Purchases
Purchases of PhotoTidy Pro (lifetime or subscription) are handled directly by Apple's App Store. We never receive or store your payment information. Purchase verification is done on-device via Apple StoreKit. To manage or cancel a subscription, go to iOS Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions.
Photo Deletion
Every deletion goes through the iOS system confirmation dialog and requires your explicit approval. Deleted photos are moved to the system's "Recently Deleted" album and can be recovered within 30 days.
Children's Privacy
This app does not collect data from anyone, including children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
If this policy ever changes (for example, if anonymous analytics are added), we will update this page and the App Store privacy labels accordingly.
