1. 條款的接受
下載、安裝或使用 PhotoTidy(以下稱「本 App」),即表示你同意本服務條款。若不同意,請勿使用本 App。
2. 服務內容
本 App 是在你的裝置上執行的照片整理工具,功能包括:以裝置端 AI 分析照片品質(模糊、過暗等)、分組相似照片、集中截圖與雜訊照,並協助你批次刪除不需要的照片。所有分析均在本機完成,詳見我們的 隱私權政策。
3. 授權範圍
我們授予你個人、不可轉讓、非專屬的使用授權,僅供在你擁有或控制的 Apple 裝置上、依 App Store 使用規則使用本 App。你不得:
- 對本 App 進行反編譯、反向工程或試圖取得原始碼;
- 將本 App 出租、轉售或再散布;
- 以任何非法目的使用本 App。
4. 照片刪除與使用者責任
- 本 App 提供的品質分析與清理建議(包括「拍壞」「最佳照片」等標記)僅供參考,是否刪除任何照片,最終由你自行決定並確認。
- 所有刪除操作皆須經過 iOS 系統確認框,由你親自核准。
- 刪除的照片會移至系統「最近刪除」相簿,約 30 天內可復原;超過期限後將無法救回。
- 對於重要照片,建議你保留 iCloud 或其他備份。
對於你確認刪除且逾期未復原的照片,我們不承擔回復義務或賠償責任。
5. App 內購買與訂閱
- 本 App 提供免費功能(每月清理額度)與付費 Pro 功能(終身買斷或年訂閱)。
- 所有購買均透過你的 Apple 帳號由 App Store 處理與收費。
- 年訂閱為自動續訂:除非在目前週期結束前至少 24 小時取消,訂閱將自動續訂並透過你的 Apple 帳號扣款。你可隨時在 iOS「設定 → Apple 帳號 → 訂閱項目」管理或取消訂閱。
- 退款申請由 Apple 依其政策處理,請至 reportaproblem.apple.com 提出。
- 價格如有調整,將依 App Store 機制事先通知,不影響已購買的權益。
6. 免責聲明
本 App 依「現狀」及「現有」基礎提供。在法律允許的最大範圍內,我們不對本 App 之適售性、特定用途適用性或不侵權作任何明示或默示擔保,亦不保證 AI 分析結果的正確性或本 App 永不中斷、無錯誤。
7. 責任限制
在法律允許的最大範圍內,對於因使用或無法使用本 App 所生的任何間接、附隨、衍生或懲罰性損害(包括但不限於資料滅失),我們概不負責;且我們對你的全部責任總額,以你於發生請求前十二個月內就本 App 實際支付的金額為上限。
8. 智慧財產權
本 App 及其所有內容(包括程式碼、介面設計、圖示與文字)之智慧財產權均屬我們或授權人所有。本條款未明示授予的權利,均予保留。
9. 條款變更
我們可能不時修訂本條款。重大變更將透過 App 內或本頁面公告;變更後繼續使用本 App 即視為同意修訂後的條款。
10. 準據法
本條款以中華民國(台灣)法律為準據法。因本條款所生之爭議,雙方同意以台灣台北地方法院為第一審管轄法院。

By downloading, installing, or using PhotoTidy, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using PhotoTidy (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. The Service
The App is an on-device photo cleanup tool. It uses on-device AI to analyze photo quality (blur, darkness, etc.), group similar photos, gather screenshots and clutter, and help you delete unwanted photos in bulk. All analysis happens locally on your device — see our Privacy Policy.
3. License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store terms. You may not:
- decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App;
- rent, resell, or redistribute the App;
- use the App for any unlawful purpose.
4. Photo Deletion & Your Responsibility
- The App's quality analysis and cleanup suggestions (including "bad photo" and "best shot" labels) are for reference only. The decision to delete any photo is always yours.
- Every deletion must be approved by you through the iOS system confirmation dialog.
- Deleted photos are moved to the system "Recently Deleted" album and can be recovered for approximately 30 days, after which they cannot be restored.
- We recommend keeping iCloud or other backups of important photos.
We are not liable for photos you confirmed for deletion and did not recover in time.
5. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
- The App offers free features (a monthly cleanup quota) and paid Pro features (lifetime purchase or yearly subscription).
- All purchases are processed and charged by the App Store through your Apple Account.
- The yearly plan auto-renews: unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, the subscription renews automatically and your Apple Account is charged. You can manage or cancel it anytime in iOS Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies — visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Price changes, if any, will be notified in advance through App Store mechanisms and will not affect entitlements you have already purchased.
6. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant the accuracy of AI analysis results or that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages (including, without limitation, loss of data) arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the App and its contents (including code, UI design, icons, and text) belong to us or our licensors. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the App or on this page. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.). Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Taipei District Court as the court of first instance.
