拍懂 Privacy Policy / 隱私政策 SnapSense Privacy Policy

拍懂（以下亦稱「SnapSense」、「本 App」或「我們」）是為留學生打造的工具，預設就以保護你的隱私為原則。本政策說明本 App 會與不會蒐集哪些資料。

• The App does not have its own servers. We do not collect, sell, or share your personal data.

• All AI features (document reading, writing assistant, life decoder) run entirely on your device using Apple's on-device intelligence. Your text and photos are never uploaded to our servers — because we don't have any.

• Text recognition (OCR) from photos is performed on your device via Apple's Vision framework. Images never leave your phone for processing.

• Your notes, documents, deadlines, expenses, and snap history are stored on your device and, if you enable iCloud, synced through your own private Apple iCloud account. We have no access to that data.

• 本 App 沒有自己的伺服器。我們不蒐集、不販售、不分享你的個人資料。

• 所有 AI 功能（文件解讀、寫作助手、生活解碼）都完全在你的裝置上執行，使用 Apple 的裝置端智慧（Apple Intelligence）。你的文字與照片絕不上傳至任何地方。

• 照片的文字辨識（OCR）透過 Apple Vision 框架在你的裝置上完成，影像不會離開你的手機。

• 你的筆記、文件、截止日、費用記錄與拍照紀錄都儲存在你的裝置上；若你啟用 iCloud，資料會透過你自己的私人 Apple iCloud 帳號同步，我們無法存取。

本 App 不存取你的麥克風、位置、通訊錄或健康資料。

The App contains:

• No analytics SDK

• No advertising SDK

• No third-party crash-reporting SDK that transmits personal data

• No third-party trackers of any kind

We do not build a profile of you and do not track you across apps or websites.

All AI capabilities in the App — document interpretation, the writing assistant, and the life decoder — are powered by Apple Intelligence (Apple's on-device FoundationModels framework) and run entirely on your device. No text, photos, or queries are transmitted to our servers or any third-party AI service. These features require iOS 26 or later and a compatible device with Apple Intelligence enabled.

本 App 所有 AI 功能——文件解讀、寫作助手、生活解碼——均由 Apple Intelligence（Apple 的 FoundationModels 框架）驅動，完全在你的裝置上執行。你的文字、照片和查詢不會傳送至我們的伺服器或任何第三方 AI 服務。這些功能需要 iOS 26 或更新版本，並搭載支援 Apple Intelligence 的裝置。

Each user is assigned a unique 6-character referral code stored locally on their device. When you share your code with a friend, only the share sheet is used (a standard iOS system feature). Redeeming a referral code is validated locally on your device. No referral code activity is sent to external servers at this time.

每位使用者會在裝置本機產生並儲存一組獨特的 6 位英數邀請碼。當你透過分享功能邀請朋友時，僅使用 iOS 系統的標準分享表單。兌換邀請碼的驗證在你的裝置本機完成，目前不會將任何邀請碼活動傳送至外部伺服器。

In-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details. Purchase entitlements are verified directly with Apple's StoreKit on your device. Apple's Privacy Policy governs the payment transaction.

App 內購買由 Apple 透過 App Store 處理，我們不會看到你的付款資訊。購買資格直接透過裝置上的 Apple StoreKit 與 Apple 驗證。該交易的隱私事宜適用 Apple 的隱私政策。

If you are signed in to iCloud and have iCloud enabled for the App, your data syncs via Apple's CloudKit to your own iCloud account. The App is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information through the App, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

本 App 並非以 13 歲以下兒童為對象。若你認為有 13 歲以下兒童透過本 App 提供了資料，請聯絡我們，我們將採取適當措施。

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

我們可能不定期更新本政策，重大變更會以更新上方「最後更新」日期反映。在變更後繼續使用本 App，即表示你接受更新後的政策。
