在使用拍懂（以下亦稱「SnapSense」或「本 App」）之前，請仔細閱讀本服務條款（「本條款」）。下載或使用本 App 即表示你同意受本條款約束。如不同意，請勿使用本 App。

拍懂 is an iOS application designed to help international students in the United States manage deadlines, understand documents, track expenses, and draft communications. The App is developed and operated by an individual developer ("we", "us", or "our").

拍懂是一款 iOS 應用程式，專為在美國的留學生設計，協助管理截止日、理解文件、追蹤費用及起草書信。本 App 由個人開發者（「我們」）開發與營運。

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on iOS devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms and Apple's App Store terms.

我們授予你有限、個人、非專屬、不可轉讓、可撤銷的授權，以在你擁有或控制的 iOS 裝置上安裝及使用本 App，僅供個人非商業用途，並遵循本條款及 Apple App Store 條款。

The App offers two optional one-time purchase tiers that unlock all Pro features:

Payment. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never receive or store your payment details.

Lifetime access. Purchases are non-subscription and permanent. Once purchased, Pro access is tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on any device by tapping "Restore Purchases" in the App.

Refunds. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with its App Store refund policy. We do not control Apple's refund decisions.

Price changes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Changes do not affect purchases already made.

Each user receives a unique 6-character referral code. Redeeming a friend's unused code grants both parties 30 days of Pro access at no charge.

Restrictions. You may not:

• Sell, auction, or commercially distribute referral codes.

• Exploit the referral system through automated means or multiple accounts.

• Represent referral codes as official promotions or endorsements.

We reserve the right to revoke referral-granted access or modify referral terms at any time without notice if abuse is detected.

限制事項。 你不得：

• 出售、拍賣或以商業方式散布邀請碼。

The App's AI-powered features (document interpretation, writing assistant, life decoder) are provided for informational and convenience purposes only.

• Document interpretation — summaries and explanations of photographed documents are not a substitute for reading the original document or obtaining professional advice.

• Writing assistant — AI-generated email drafts are suggestions only. Review all content before sending.

• Life decoder — explanations of US slang, cultural norms, and messages are general in nature and may not apply to your specific situation.

Nothing generated by the App constitutes legal, immigration, medical, financial, or professional advice. For matters affecting your immigration status, health, or legal rights, always consult a qualified professional.

本 App 的 AI 功能（文件解讀、寫作助手、生活解碼）僅供參考與便利之用。

• 文件解讀 — 對拍攝文件的摘要與說明，不能取代閱讀原始文件或尋求專業意見。

• 寫作助手 — AI 生成的電子郵件草稿僅為建議，發送前請自行審閱所有內容。

• 生活解碼 — 對美式俚語、文化規範及訊息的解釋屬一般性說明，可能不適用於你的特定情況。

本 App 所產生的任何內容，均不構成法律、移民、醫療、財務或其他專業建議。 涉及你的移民身分、健康或法律權益的重要事項，請務必諮詢合格專業人士。

You retain full ownership of all data, notes, documents, and photos you enter or upload into the App. We do not access, read, use, or claim any rights over your content. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is stored.

By enabling iCloud sync, you also agree to Apple's iCloud and CloudKit terms of service.

你對自行在本 App 中輸入或上傳的所有資料、筆記、文件及照片，保有完整的所有權。我們不存取、不讀取、不使用你的內容，亦不主張任何權利。資料儲存方式的詳細說明，請參閱我們的隱私政策。

啟用 iCloud 同步時，你亦同意 Apple 的 iCloud 及 CloudKit 服務條款。

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.

• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with purchase or license verification.

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data.

• Republish, resell, or sublicense the App or its output for commercial gain.

你同意不得：

• 對本 App 任何部分進行逆向工程、反組譯或拆解。

• 規避、停用或干擾購買或授權驗證機制。

• 將本 App 用於任何違法目的或違反適用法律的行為。

• 嘗試未經授權存取任何系統或資料。

• 以商業方式重新發布、轉售或再授權本 App 或其輸出內容。

The App, including its name ("拍懂"), design, code, graphics, and all associated intellectual property, belongs to the developer. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited license described in Section 2.

本 App 包括其名稱（「拍懂」）、設計、程式碼、圖形及所有相關智慧財產權均歸開發者所有。本條款中的任何內容，均不授予你第 2 條所述有限授權以外的任何智慧財產權。

The App integrates with Apple's services (App Store, iCloud / CloudKit, StoreKit, Apple Intelligence). Your use of those services is governed by Apple's terms and policies. We are not responsible for any third-party services.

本 App 整合 Apple 的服務（App Store、iCloud / CloudKit、StoreKit、Apple Intelligence）。你對這些服務的使用受 Apple 的條款及政策規範，我們對第三方服務不承擔任何責任。

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

本 APP 係依「現狀」及「可用狀態」提供，不附任何明示或默示保證，包括但不限於適銷性、特定用途適用性或不侵權之默示保證。我們不保證本 App 不中斷、無錯誤，或缺陷將被修正。

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (OR USD $14.99 IF NO PURCHASE WAS MADE).

在適用法律允許的最大範圍內，我們對因你使用或無法使用本 App 所引起的任何間接、附帶、特殊、衍生或懲罰性損害，不承擔任何責任。我們就本條款或本 App 所引發之任何索賠的全部賠償責任，不超過你在索賠前十二個月內為本 App 所支付的金額（若未曾購買，則不超過 USD $14.99）。

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you materially breach these Terms. Upon termination, the license granted in Section 2 ends. Sections 5, 8, 10, 11, and 13 survive termination.

若你嚴重違反本條款，我們可隨時暫停或終止你對本 App 的存取。終止時，第 2 條授予的授權隨即終止。第 5、8、10、11 及 13 條在終止後仍繼續有效。

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

我們可隨時更新本條款，更新後的條款將以新的「最後更新」日期公布。在任何變更後繼續使用本 App，即表示你接受新條款。

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

本條款依適用法律解釋並受其管轄。因本條款或你使用本 App 所引起的任何爭議，雙方應先以善意協商方式解決。
